This 8,700 square foot remodel focused on adding more private offices, desks in an open work area, and conference rooms. We also updated the existing break room and training room and expanded existing restroom and locker room facilities for employee use.

When I am not designing, I enjoy spending time with my husband, 18 month old daughter, and 7-year-old miniature poodle/mutt. When weather permits, we spend as much time outside as possible. We love to bike, hike, golf, ski, camp, and travel. Our goal is to get to all 63 National Parks in the US!

Wondering where the '616' comes from in our business' name? It's an important date in our lives—the day we became parents. On June 16th, 2023, we welcomed our daughter into the world, which became the catalyst to Whitney starting Studio 616.

A little over a year later, we saw an opportunity to expand the service offerings and added 616 Brokerage and 616 Legal, ultimately creating the full suite of commercial real estate services called 616 Companies.

The name is a daily reminder to us that business is personal—it's a collaboration rooted in family, community, and faith, and we are excited to share our lessons, trials, and celebrations with our daughter as she grows!
