The 616 Companies story is rooted in love—love for real estate, love for our community, and, most importantly, love for our family. As high school sweethearts who have grown and thrived together, we wanted to build a business that could make a difference in the lives of other South Dakota residents—the state that has given so much to us.
Our journey began with a shared passion for commercial real estate. Now, we’ve combined our expertise in architecture, interior design, brokerage, and law to create an all-in-one commercial real estate business serving other business owners, investors, and contractors.

People often ask, "Why 616?" It's an important date in our lives—the day we became parents. On June 16th, 2023, we welcomed our first baby into the world.
